hi all,
i was wondering if you could guesstimate how far pregnant my cat is.
she has been showing for 2 weeks approx, eating well, going toilet normally, i cant see or feel the babies moving, her nipples are larger and have what id say looks like dry skin, but could this be dry milk maybe?, she has lost a little fur around them, i cant see any milk leaking, she had kittens 7 months ago and is hissing at them, she is 2 years old, she has been sleeping alot in my cupboard, the last 2 days she has been getting in to really small spaces, today her temperature has been under 100 but could this be because im not taking it for long enough as she trys to get away, i have took it 3 times today, yesterday it was 100.2, i will try and post some pics. thanks. x

On her second lot already bless her!! do you not know when she was mated or in season that should be able to tell you cats are normally pregnant for 62-67 days good luck

hi, i do not know when she mated or when she was in season. she has never showed any signs when being in season. does anyone know when they come back into season after having babies and then how often after that? i could try and work it out that way. thanks

They can come back into season when kittens are about 6 weeks old, and then every two to three weeks after that. If you have male cats about she could end up pregnant almost constantly.

Why is she a poor girl, she is vacc'd, chipped, wormed and flea treated. she has all the love in the world, all the kittens will be kept with me i have the space and time and money.
