I had the same problem and my vet said no and to wait until the kittens are fully weaned , apparently the vaccination has a 6 month overlap.
But check with your vet and see what they say

A killed vaccine would be safe, but certainly not a live one - if given in the first trimester it could cause damage to the kittens.
It would be better to wait till the kittens get their 1st vaccination.
