She looks about the same size as my girl was , so i guess 3. 1 boy, 2 girls

difficult to say as we can only see her on one side not standing up and not from above. Its sometimes possible to tell if there is an odd number of kittens if she looks bigger on one side - my guess is four but perhaps she may have five if you think the picture does not truly represent her size.
