How to price Ragdolls!
Sorry, it is me again.
If my girl had been fully registered I would have sold her kittens for £300 -£350. Now she is not registered I just wondered about how to price her kittens. I do not wish to be greedy, I do however hope for them to go to a good home. I plan to advertise in the local pet shop, so hopefully people who are in pet shops at least take care of their animals. Although that could just be my way of thinking. ![]() I have looked at various adverts and see people selling them from £150 (although I wonder if these are crosses) up to £400 (which I feel is a bit too much, possibly ?) Any help on this matter would be fantastic. |

Re: How to price Ragdolls!
I think it depends on things like what age will you be selling them at and will they be fully vaccinated and vet checked. If your girl isn't registered, then technically she isn't a pedigree, as you have no way of guaranteeing her parentage and ancestry.

See what others doing the same are asking - moggie kittens are going for around that without jabs, so I'd consider £150 ish? maybe £200 as they are definatley pure bred. But I must admit I'm guessing.

After speaking to mother-in-law today, I shall have the "mating certificate" tomorrow as she is coming to see us.
I guess I could seel them as half GCCF ![]() Poor Misty, anyway, I have lots of time to think about this. Just another random thought. |

Re: How to price Ragdolls!
That is a very good point, ChinaBlue. I early neuter my kittens too, and they really bounce back quick. Much better than when they're older! Some vets aren't very happy about doing it, because they're not used to operating on such small kittens, but there is a lot of information on the internet now about early neutering, and more and more vets are happy to do it.
