Tilly's Kittens

an update on Tilly Mae from my friend

she had the kittens a few days ago, all arrived safely and she is a very happy momma, only hiccup is she insists on a babysitter when she goes to the litter tray all of 3 feet away. She's very people orientated so likes the company and if you sit next to the crate she will eagerly come for a 10 second cuddle whenever the kittens nap.

There's 5 - 2 tabbies, 3 black and white - and first weight between 101g and 111g

she's eating well and has plenty of milk, has free access to high quality/high protein food plus goats milk as a treat on the vet's advice and we're giving her company but not crowding her or lurking too close - bless her little paws

Re: Tilly's Kittens

I am so happy it all worked out and mum and babies are well. Great birth weights too. Thank you for the update, I often check in to see if there was any news on Tilly. Well done you and your friend for rescuing this little girl and for doing the right thing by her. I hope the previous doomsayers steer well clear of this obviously happy thread.

Re: Tilly's Kittens

Was waiting for the pics LOL.

Lovely kittens and, from what I can see on the picture, a very happy and healthy looking mum, a far cry from the scrawny bedraggled mite you rescued. Many congratulations to you and Val for looking after her so well and seeing her through this, may the kittens and mum go from strength to strength!
