Depends - generally you lower the cost, but if you were half minded to keep the kitten anyway then you generally keep it. I am about to have to dramatically reduce the price of ten kittens
Previously I have sold pedigrees for £100 at 5 months and given them away at 12 months. Last year I gave away two 3/4 pedigrees at 7 months. At the end of the day, there is really no choice.Liz |

It's a low priced breed - mine go for £250 usually but even so it is going to be a big loss. The oldest unsold kitten I have here is now 6 months. It has not been a good summer!
Vets vary but most vets seem to let breeders have an account. Mine does, even though there are "you must pay now" notices all over the surgery. Liz |
