Yippeee!

My girl has caught first time, not that I'm surprised as the stud we use really knows his job!

She is day 36 or 37 depending which day she caught and her baby belly arrived this week!

So far we had...

Morning sickness at 1 week
Pinking at 3 weeks
Less playful and more affectionate at 4 weeks
Baby belly at 5 weeks!

We're expecting 5 although I'm hoping that's incorrect as 4 is plenty for a first litter!

Eeeek! V v exciting!

What breed is she? All kittens are cute, of course, but it's nice knowing what we can expect pictures of

Ooh, lovely! As the slave of a black smoke SLH moggie, I've grown very fond of them, and blues are always lovely. Is black silver just what it sounds like--black stripes over silver?

Smokes are pretty special, the one from our last litter was the most beautiful I've ever seen but our breeding program meant we kept a little black silver tabby girl instead.

Yup, black stripes over the silver base. Very similar to silver tabbies except the markings are a great deal more striking as they are darker
