just weighed missys kittens they are all under 80g BUT all feeding so should i worry or just keep a close eye on them missy is a small cat herself and she had 4 kittens

when they were born i thought they were tiney but then i thought its because im used to holding and seeing the 3 week old ones

Re: low birth weights

I have had them that small and survived - keep an eye and keep weighing in case you need to top up

I'm sure others will also advise

Re: low birth weights

I had a very tiny boy in my last litter, I thought he was under 60g and half the size of his 100g sister. By 5 weeks he was huge and could hardly waddle for his belly. It is a worry, but he was fine, do keep checking for weight gain in all of them daily though. He's fit and well and a normal size cat now, but he didn't have a name for ages as I thought that we'd lose him.

Good luck with them all.

Re: low birth weights

Just keep an eye on how they feed, invest in a set of digital scales, they only cost about a tenner, and weigh them every 12 hours, post details of the weights and advice will follow, buy some royal canin (the pack that comes with the teats and bottle) as backup is the only advice i can give if you are concerned .. hoping kitties are ok

Just try and find somewhere tomorrow wirh digital scales, and start keeping a check on them, get some royal canin and be prepared, both of these can be bought online and cost about a tenner each, if you do this now online if you can't buy them locally then at least you are prepared and acting responsibly, this is your second litter and these things are really important for the reasons you are now are asking advice on...
