Re: low birth weights

Oh poor babies, I had alitter and the smallest was 75, shes now 2kg
pop up get some digi scales and weigh them every 12-24 hours for the first few days, if mum is feeding then they should gain nicely, not all kittens are born 100+ IVe had some of 80-100 and all grown to be huge sausages lol!
Are these 2 foster cat sisters? (maybe the wrong post but I read something somewhere lol)

I read that both Chrissy's cat's just 'got pregnant' by accident??
I'm just hoping that they all have good homes to go to...at 12 weeks, vaccinated and pre-paid neutering... ??!!

yes they will be going to new homes we slept in this orning due to ot sleeping in over 24hrs lol but this morning they are all well and have very podgy little bellys not like when they were born ill be weighing them soon thanks for advice


my cats are mine i took them in after they were abandoned in a flat for 2 weeks they were only 2.5k when i got them so my first priority was feeding them up getting them wormed de fleaed ect they were indorr cats 1 got out when someone came to my door the other i took on another cat had him booked in to be done 5 days after i got him but missy went on call within 24hrs of me getting him home i tryed to keep them apart but it was near on impossible and the male cat decided to leap out of the top small kitchen window the day his appoitment was i have posters up and reported him missing o all shelters vets and RSPCA

both girls are getting done once kittens have gone to new homes i am keeping 1or 2

and ive already had the grilling of people for not haveing them done ect and ive taken it all on bord dont need to go threw it all againe i came on hear for advice knowing what i had comeing so thankyou

Great news just weighed them they have put a fair bit on in 24hrs they are all 100g or just over

we was thinking could it be mum didnt increase her food intake till last 2 days why kittens were small i was forver throwing food away she wouldnt eat wet food just dry but since giveing birth shes had 4 bowles which is 2 tins in 24hrs

the kittens were born all skin and bone now they have nice podgy tummys so im happy now
