Thanks
thanks some are very fluffy, there is no way of knowing really, remember that 'cross' cats are normally moggies and people just say they are something else for the money, plus they have no health tests and you dont know what temprement they will have.

Yes really i would like to get a full breed with papers. Do you breed any of your Queen and Studs that are the not so fluffy ragdolls and do they tend to then not have such fluffy cats? that sounds silly reading it back

I think im leaning towards Ragdolls. How do i get more info on your kittens as im not too far from Essex. i want to take kittens home beginning of July as were moving to a new House in June. Will you have any available kittens around that time?

erm all ragdolls are semi long hair, so they are all fluffy with long hair, mums moulting alot right now thats why she doesnt look as fluffy, but if you look at my other cats their coats are alot thicker and very full, although they are moulting to!

Re: Help me decide which type of Kitten.

I have Ragdolls and Birmans, I tend to find my Ragdoll boys moult a bit more than the Birman girls. As for temperment, both breeds are very laid back, I regulary groom all my cats, more so during their moults. I have only been owned by my Ragdoll boys for the last 5 years but have been breeding Birmans for over 10 years.
As previously mentioned, may be worth popping along to a cat show, seeing all the different breeds and speaking to a few exhibitors. Check the GCCF website for shows in your area.

Good luck in your search

Re: Help me decide which type of Kitten.

Think about a Snowshoe, they are short haired and are real people cats without being too high maintainence. Great with children and love playing with you but they are total lap cats too.

You can get more info from Snowshoe Cat Society if I am allowed to post that. It's good that you are researching your kitten and I hope that you find the right pet for you both
