Re: Is it any wonder

When I get emails like this I tell them it's illegal for me to mate their cat with mine.

They believe me.

The shop that was on our street always had for sale signs for moggy kittens and mongrel dogs. Some mogs advertised regularly by the same person for £110 each.
Blimey, I wonder if they got it?!

That's why I was happy to pay it....hes stunning.

I was very....bad
I bought Martha from a pet shop. They rang me to tell me they had kittens in so I jumped in the car and took a 20 mile journey to have a look (cat protection turned me down because I was apparently to young to own a cat) anyway got there and my OH fell in love with the more colourful kittens and I picked Martha up and said "We are getting her" and walked off...She was so cute and I knew she would be the last one left because she was the least interesting colour.

What I didnt notice was she was the runt of the litter so to speak.
She has amazing health, she has never been ill. (she pukes now and again when she over eats trying to compete with my fat boys) and shes never really grown much. Shes the size of a 4 month old kitten....even vets couldnt work it out.

We paid £80 for her I was like because we didnt have any animals at the time so it was a shock how much they wanted but they gave us cat litter, litter tray, scratching post, worming treatment, food and toys so not to bad.

That pet shop did take good care of the cats though, now they have meerkats and monkeys....seriously..

Believe it or not the enclosure is spot on better than any meerkat breeders. And they dont sell them or the monkeys.

Though I dont agree with keeping meerkats or monkeys as pets.
