make a petition?
do you think we could make one online about breeding?

like cant go to new homes before, say, 11weks & must come with vet check & ist injection?

just push things in the right direction? might stop alot of people in their tracks?

also about neutering/spaying maybe more info on it? education people?

any thoughts?
