Update for Hobbs re cat food/Hurray for Toplife!

Hi Hobbs

We communicated a while ago re wet cat food as my two BSH were both on wet RC sensitive. Before this point I had tried Lilys kitchen, Pets Kitchen, Natures Menu, Almo Nature, Grau, Animonda and Purely and nothing seemed to suit the older one (the kitten would eat everything and has a cast iron stomach!).

I was meant to wait until after ------Xmas but got tempted to try Toplife even though I suspected my older cat had a pork allergy. However I was wrong his stomach has never been better and they love it too!

So happy I have found something better then RC Sensitive as I was having nightmares that would be the only food that would suit.

They only do one flavour at the moment but the cats do have a few Thrive fish and Fish4cats dried treats so they taste other flavours but hopefully they may add to the range. This is the first time Bailey has had a settled stomach since ive had him a year ago!!

I thought I would let you know as you were very helpful in advising me previously! So thanks for the assistance and all your great work you have done on this forum

Awww, you are very welcome. I like a good success story!

Have a look at bozita tetrapacks. They are very very similar to Toplife. Indeed, Toplife used and adaped the Bozita recipe. So with any luck that also suits, which would widen your flavours immensely!

In any case, thanks for letting me know and long may it continue!

Hobbs you are a food goddess!!

I've found Toplife to be ok, there's always some left over and there is only one flavour. I find the meat chunks to be quite dry.

Bozita i really do recommend. It is very similar but my cats prefer it much more and there is a massive choice of flavours, you also get jelly and gravy varieties.

It also works out a bit cheaper than Toplife which is good too.
