I would let her in when you're there if mom is happy to have her, but never leave her with the kittens unsupervised.

She's too young to understand how tiny and fragile kittens are, as her own maternal instincts won't have kicked in yet, and is more likely to see them as toys than kittens.

I know of a Siamese breeder who very nearly lost a kitten after she left a young girl with a new queen: she walked in to find the kitten being batted and tossed around like a toy mouse!

Luckily they'd only been alone for a few minutes, and the little guy was dazed but thankfully not otherwise injured, and although it took a few days for him to recover fully from his ordeal, he did.
