Pregnant Siamese??

Can anyone help me please - with my 2 year old siamese .

She has been mated unsuccessfully now for the 3rd time..I think, certainly the previous 2 times.

She was sent to the stud 3 weeks ago today, on her 3rd day of calling, although the stud owner did not witness the mating, she was there a total of 8 days.

If she is pregnant - today would be day 21, but I am not noticing any pinking of her nipples, but for ther past 5 days she has done nothing but eat, and is constantly hungray. I am reading that cats who are pregnant do not eat vast amounts until into week 5/6 of the pregnancy.
Any news would be welcome thank you

Re: Pregnant Siamese??

Eating more can be a sign. It is not hopeless yet. Did you use the same stud or a different one?

Re: Pregnant Siamese??

But presumably a proven stud? You may well be in luck.

Re: Pregnant Siamese??

My Cleo took 4 visits to 2 different studs before she got pregnant. Matings were witnessed on all visits!
. It really was a mystery and my mentor and I were going to give up after that last try. She had 4 kittens in her first litter. Fingers crossed your girl is like mine and biding her time. xx

Re: Pregnant Siamese??

My girl is now 6 weeks pregnant and like the side of a house lol , the stud woner didnt see any matings so we didnt know at first if she would be or not , at around 14 days she got a bit sickly for a couple of days and her appetite went through the roof , she was also drinking alot more , she started to pink up very very slightly around 18 days with the 2 nipples nearest to her head just showing slightly pink and they were like this until she was about 27 days and they over night they all became almost red and popped out , doubled in size and now they are even bigger still .
There is a chance if she is eating more that she might just be pregnant .

Re: Pregnant Siamese??

My girl is 4 weeks pregnant now. No matings were witnessed.

She started eating more as soon as she came back from the stud. Her nipples became pink and larger at 3 weeks and she is much more "cuddly" and sleeps a heck of a lot.

Fingers crossed for you!!
