i love that pied zeb in you sig/avitar, hes gorgeous! i miss the zebs

had a lovely strain of silver black cheeks, and a couple of black cheek CFW a few years ago. just got the javas now, and they seem to have abbandoned their eggs now, boooo.

Maybe its time to invest in a few Bengals mate, they always come in handy in times like that as you know, have you got a brooder? what am i saying you probably have..LOL,

I got a few lovely zebra chicks coming up ive only seen the heads bobbing about, but i know they are Pied like Bandit (in my sig) but more stand outish. Once they leave the nest i will get a few pics. , Ive not had much in the way of black cheeks I have two, which have turned out beautiful.

yeah ive been looking for some nice bengals for a while, i want heavily pieds or albino, but not found what im looking for yet. besides, i cant afford them at them minute.
my landlords were round earlier to inspect the flat while i was away at work, i know from when i have mates over the javas freak out at anyone but me, so they may have just abbandoned the nest after the landlords were round, hey have been off the eggs since i got in form work about 6 at least, and have only now gone back to the nest box to roost.they have proven to be good parents in the past, and tollerate nest inspections no probs. oh well, mabey next clutch.
lol, i do actualy have two small incubators i used to use for quail, but ive not used them for years, dont even know if they work properly now.

black cheeks are my faves, always have been! i had a stunning BC/CFW hen that i managed to get a male of the same out of, but unfortuntely he didnt last long enough to breed. i got 2 silver bc hens from a pet store and boom.. they bred like mad and i had loads of them for a while!
