This is Zulu, he's about 7years[maybe 6] now, we've had him since a baby. He's had his fair share of behavioural problems - but they're ironing themselves out quite nicely - teenage years!!

We have only had our grey for about 10 months, he was 16 weeks when we got, so i understand what you mean about teenage years!!!!

Omg, what a stunner! I love African Greys- they are my favorite birds ever. I love his name too (it's South African)

Thanks for the lovely comments. He is a lovely boy. He's certainly 'my' parrot, but that's because I can, and therefore do invest the most time in him. He used to be fabulous when he was a babe, but then again isn't everything - unfortunatley we had someone new enter the house, and us moving house all within a short space of time with eachother and that's what kicked off his terrible teens, it's prob been a year or two now since he was awful - he quite rightly has his days though, but I can read these pretty well[his 'days' means he uses his beak an awful lot!!]
