Altho he keeps getting right up close and personal to us, he still wont touch us or allow us to touch him, but I think we can win him over soon.
I put his food bowl on the table with us for tea and he was throwing seed everywhere .... AAARRRRGGHHHHHH..... but whenn he looks over the edge of the table to look at his dropped seed, his too cute to even feel annoyed with him I offered him a bath after tea and he dived in right into it and soaked everything, kids were wiping water from their faces in a fit of laughter then he decided to perch ontop the cupboard preening and drying himself, before going to perch on the mirror to chew the wood away  I had to keep clapping my hands and saying no, but the ore I did it, the quicker and harder he chewed .... little bugga !!! So I had to push him off the mirror and he settled on perching onto of the curtain pole instead, which is where he fell asleep and is still balancing away on one leg nowHis had such a long and tiresome, but fun day bless him Bet he hasn`t had this much fun in a long time lol Undoubtley I will add more photos of the little fella tomorrow when I get 5 minutes to sit with the camera

Billys pre lunch bath... and boy did he really go for it... everything was soaked and the dog even started to get worried
i think the dog thought Billy was actually drowning lolIs it ok for birds to get that wet  he looked like a sponge after he finished ... I have the heating on and windows closed now, because if i was him, I`d be freezing my nuggets off !!!    I have also come to the conclusion, his not a green cheek but a maroon bellied ?? he just doesn`t have the grey a green cheek has... and only the underside of his tail is red (well maroon) Either way, his still cute

ha ha yep it is normal for them to get that wet-some of them anyway, they quickly dry off tho
