Poopy problems

i got 2 budgies the other day, both aged between 15-20weeks apparently.
one of them is just dandy, very chirpy and active. but the other one isnt as much.
he is more calm and doesnt make a lot of noise. he is eating and drinking fine but seems to be doing quite squittish poops. he also seems to like just wandering around on the bottom of the cage. do you think he is just taking longer to settle in and maybe its stress thats upsetting his tummy or might it be something else?
is there any treatment that might make him feel better?
he seems fine other than this.

Re: Poopy problems

How is your budgies today?

He may just need time to settle, but if things don't improve you may want to get him checked out by an avian vet.

What sort of colour are his droppings? If they are bright green that is a bad sign.

Good luck.
