Possibly toxic blue crowned conure

I am posting here in fear that my bird may have eaten something poisonous, and I am now deeply concerned for his well-being. I'll proceed to explain:

My brother was being neglectful again, and left a tomato-sauce-filled-bowl that previously contained spaghetti on the table for my bird to get into. I noticed him eating the sauce and immediately proceeded to take it away from him. I do not believe he ate too much, but I am extremely worried it may be enough to kill him, or cause serious harm.

I am posting this looking to see if he might die from what he ate and if there is anything I can do.

The sauce was: Classico Traditional Favorites Tomato & Basil

Ingredients (in the order listed): Tomato Puree, (water, tomato paste), Diced Tomatoes, (tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid, calcium chloride), Salt, Basil, Garlic, Olive Oil, Onions, Dehydrated Garlic, Spice.

GLUTEN-FREE

I don't believe this one...why would you be worried if a bird isn't ill?
