Does anyone use Kaytee Exact for their birds???

We have changed our macaws onto Kaytee dried food, but one of them seems to have diarrhoea, but we are not sure if it is because he is drinking a lot more due to the dry food as he doesn't seem unwell in himself. Does anyone else have this problem?

Change back...it's unwise to change a birds diet except over a long period.Their digestive systems are much more delicate than ours.

We have done it over a long period and they have been having it now for the last 2-3 months, we are very wary of just feeding them seed (they do get fruit and veg as well) as we lost a parrot through liver disease due to the high fat content in sunflower seeds!
