hi a lady in lancashire has asked me to look for an african grey she is disabled and not got much money so must be free in lancashire or surrounding areas

Cant she save up for the bird ? ... and also save up enough to cover any expenditure she may need to outlay ?

Im not being funny , but if she cant afford to buy the bird itself then how will she afford everything else

You won't get one of these birds for free, best option is to save or go for something else slightly less expensive.

I agree with Both above , you be very lucky if you get one for free..Save up if she wants one she will do it that what i did..

It will be very unlikely that you will ever get a free African Grey and like the others have said, if she hasn't got much money she will be unlikely to afford a decent cage for it or it's continuing care.

not to sound mean but a parrot takes a hell of a lot to look after and if the cost of teh creature himself is higher than the woman can pay what hope can she have of keeping it alive?

yes i managed to get 3 actually for my friends 1 in newcastle and 2 in lancashire i dont know why this topic is still open for cos i got it sorted and for all your commets i appreciate but i got it sorted last week

yes i know all about african greys i have got 2 myself the time and effort i put in with mine plus i got 20 years experience with greys and parrots i think i know how the greys work by now
