He may be agressive as he wants to mate, try getting him a toy bird to get fresh with!!
My old budgie would hump for hours

Hi, I live in Newton Abbot and have a heated aviary currently with 17 budgies. Always looking for new birds so he is welcome to come and join them if he still needs a good home.
