Unhappy baby Cockatiel wanted - must be handtame

Hi, I'm new to this so probs doing it all wrong but I was hoping someone out there would be able to help. I own a adult male grey cockatiel and want to buy a baby handtame male (preferably) as a companion for him. However; I cant find a handrearing cockatiel breeder in the entire north east of england!! and I've been looking since last october, nobody has any birds ready or they are just too far south for me to travel. I live north of newcastle so need to a breeder/seller in tyne and wear or northumberland - anybody any ideas? thanks for your help!
