cultavix is on a distinguished road
Lovebirds (Agapornis Rosicollis)

I am looking to buy and hand rear a very young Lovebird or if that is not possible, I would like to buy one that has been already hand reared but that is not over 2-3 months old.

I have alot of experience with this but since I moved to the UK, I havent been able to find a lovebird.

Where can I find them?!?! I live in Derby....

Thank you so much! Any help will be much apreciated!

(I am looking for peach faced lovebirds btw!, no fishers!)

Re: Lovebirds (Agapornis Rosicollis)

At Eastwood a few miles from you, there is a bird auction held every Tuesday around 7pm.It's in a working mens club..... Walker Street opposite the war memorial on Nottingham Road.Entry £1.

Birds for sale vary from finches to pigeons and budgies. But if you go there and have a chat you will find local lovebird breeders. There are usually a couple of hundred people there...well worth a visit. And there's a bar...
