hi i have to male budgies which are perfectly happy and healthy so i thought i have noticed that del one of the budgies looked wet and on his head where it should have been white was discoloured and he just genrally doesnt look right can anyone give me a clue as to what might be wrong and what i should do until his vets appointment and if he is seriously ill would my other budgie or even my childern at risk of being ill thank you for your time andrea x
