African grey habit.

help.......my AG keeps pooping in his water bowl. any reason for doing this or is it just a habit?

if the water bowl is higher than the perches,birds will sit on them as they like to be at the highest point so hence he will poop in it if he is sat on it for a while..hope this helps....lower them so he just goes on their for a drink or to soak his food in it. good luck ...tim
