can anyone tell me anything about red necked parrots, work has just got one and i just thought i better learn a little about it so that i can answer a few questions when asked by the public. so any details you wish to share would be greatfully recieved,

Also known as Blue Faced Amazon and is on CITIES apendix 1 so needs paperwork for any commercial work

its a bird that has been given to them its a young one about 10 weeks old, and its ringed but thats all they know about it.

i keep cockatiels and when i said this to the owner he said that it was pritty simiar so i am trying to find out if there is anything i should know about them

inother words no work don't know about them they have never had one before and were shocked when i said they can live over 20yrs,

So it's not this Red Necked Parrot

at the moment its all green, so i am not sur what it will look like i addmit i know nothing about parrots other then they are fab, andd live for a long time.
