Another cockatiel baby

Well another egg is hatching and already it is not looking good as the parents have rolled it outside of the nest box. My OH is going to keep an eye on the chicks progress today but I hope the parents do step up to the mark this time as we won't be able to HR this one

Aw that is a shame, do you know anyone who may be able to Hand Rare it for you at all???????

We managed to hand rear the chick to 6 weeks then she went to a fab new home where she has finished being reared and has done really well.
