Diamorphic canary
I have a nesting canary who has laid many eggs but i am wondering why she is laying them all over the aviary apart from her nesting box, she sits on one egg but the others she is pecking holes in them could anyone please tell me why this is.

Very bad situation... it's classical young/worried canary behavior.
Otherwise, if she's aged, then could be an ormonal failure... IMO Remove nest and building material, split couple, feed female with more proteins and CALCIUM, wait whole week and get back the nest and join couple. Keep breeding cage in a safe (for them) place. Good Luck, Nick
