Ready to leave the nest

At what age should i remove my baby parrolets and i heard that i should leave one behind for the parents to raise any truth to this?????

Personally i would let the parents raise all the chicks, the parents will soon let you know when they dont want them there anymore, i dont believe in taking chicks away before they are ready UNLESS you need to for reasons such as Parents Dying.
