hi im looking for a small bird breeder, prefferably tiel size or slightly larger, ive had tiels before and want to move up a bit

Why not rescue a bird in need? Bird breeding is CRUEL and unnatural. Birds are meant to fly outside and not sit all day in a cage. Parrots get tossed around from owner to owner and they even mutilate themselves due to the unnatural conditions in which they are forced to live. I would say your best option is to rescue a bird. Check with a local rescue or do research online and find a bird or birds that you can lend a helping hand to.
