Reading Assistant Dogs

Does anyone know anything about Reading assistance dogs, they're big in the states and I've heard a few people starting to bring it over to schools over here, but can't seem to find anything.

Thanks

Re: Reading Assistant Dogs

Not sure if these are the only ones in the UK at the moment - Tony Nevett with Danny & Batman

My friend made a collar for Danny and there's a few pics of him at work on her store.

Re: Reading Assistant Dogs

I read something about this in the paper, with children reading to classroom dogs, think it was at a pupil referral unit. I'll try and remember where and find a link.
