Good News!!!!
The puppy was returned last night minus it's collar. It's thought that the people who found him were intending to keep him, but were put off by the posters put up and leaflets put through doors. They returned him minus collar otherwise no excuse not to have contacted the owners when found.
One very lucky terrier!
