Most cats love those laser lights and are great at helping them to lose weight
With the obesity diet how much are you feeding her? Ideally she should be fed the amount for her target weight, rather than the weight she's at now (providing there isn't more than 2kg to be lost). In addition feeding multiple meals helps with keeping her metabolism going and prevent scavenging because she's hungry, esp if she eats all her food at once.
Does she go outside? Could she be finding food out there/going into neighbours homes?
With the urinary problem, if that is happening regularly where she isn't passing a normal flow it could be cystitis (common in overweight female cats). It this is a regular thing it would be worth getting her checked by the vet again as often a short course of antibiotics is needed (you may also need to collect a urine sample).
Good Luck!
