the best thing to do is to leave her and that she has plenty of spider water and that there arnt many crickets in there because they will start to munch on her.
get brown crickets because they dont tend to nibble like blacks do.

she could just be hving a bad shed just DONT touch her atall. even if she dosnt move dont touch her, you will no if she is dead beacuse her body will sink and smell
