I agree with the others... you dont have to lock her up and she can roam everywhere if you just set your alarm to windows and doors. that way the sensors in the rooms will not be active and your alarm will still sound if somebody opens a window or door to break in...

"we set ours to window and doors only when we go to bed so that we and the cats can still walk about, but set the whole house when we are out and put the cats in a cage you should have zone 1 2 3 ect excample zone 1 front and back door zone 2 windows, zone 3 censors around rooms, "

the Zones are just names for the different sensors - not the rooms around your home so you should be fine

Technology eh?! im not friends with it either!
