You need to check for everything listed on that website.
Patellar Luxation, hip dysplasia and PRA/CERF are probably the only things you can get definitive answers about, but you can discover a lot about the potential for the other diseases by researching the dog's pedigree.

Just curious,does this apply just to pugs as we always get our labs done at 13 months which is recommended and accepted by kennel club ?
