Yip puppies poo,pee after play,eat & sleep...
I would stay out with her until she did it...
its all part of the package with puppies she will learn ..
If you wash her make sure she is warm after bath as you dont want to her to catch a cold..
or just a little sponge down mybe better if shes very young...How old is she?..
