I have a 10 month old cat who could eat as much as she wanted and was really skinny - until we had her spayed. She got very fat very quickly after this, so we barely fed her anything (vet's orders) and she still didn't lose weight. The vet has put her on an obesity diet in which she eats more than we were feeding her, but she still hasn't lost weight! I have noticed that she doesn't really pee, she goes to the littler tray and squats but there is only ever fluid the size of a 1p coin there. Her bowel movements are fine. She seems healthy enough otherwise, very affectionate, likes to play etc. Can anybody offer any help on how we might get her to lose weight or if there might be something wrong with her? We don't give her any tit bits and try to play with her for 15 minutes every evening but she is a lazy cat at times.
