To be honest having heard a shocking story unfold over a few months about a lady who had to fight to get her elderly horses back from the RSPCA even though they were already under her vets care. I'm not sure as the organisation is at the moment i'd want them to have more power, however i do agree that there needs to be better protection for animals & harsher punishments.
