It's like having a combination of a kitten, puppy and human toddler. He's very curious but not in the slightest bit destructive.

They're not easy pets, and you really need to research before getting one, particularly as the law has now changed and new borns can no longer be descented, so you could find yourself in a stinky state. Generally babies can become pretty much bombproof with lots of handling and attention but you still always have that risk of them spraying.

I only found out you could keep them as pets just over a year ago when I went to see somebody to buy some rats and she handed a skunk to my son to cuddle, we were immediately determined to get one, and I was lucky enough to find mine in a classified ad a few months later.
