My daughter is 6, she didnt do anything different from what she normally does, she just opening the top section of the hutch and put her hand in to stroke him, m thinking maybe he thought she had something to eat maybe.
I think you could be right about the maturity thing we have had him for about 3 years now and have jut recently got a female for him and are going to be taking them both to the vets to get 'done' .
Peppa is normally out in the garden all day especially around Snowballs hutch/run but yesterday spent mot of the time upstairs in his hutch, dont know if it was the weather as it was a bit warm but he just didnt seem himself!, anyway we went back out to check on him last night and gave him a stroke and he seemed fine!
