I have a new kitten, 14 weeks who has taken to weeing all over my house. Worst of all, he does it next to the litter tray!

We've recently changed litter trays from an open litter tray to an enclosed (house like) litter tray. I have one cat who used it straight away no problems, my youngest hates it and will not go in it!

Any tips on how to get him to use the new tray? we've taken the lid off it to make it appear more familiar, but this hasn't yet helped.
