I currently buy the turkey from Morrisons - they do diced turkey thigh, although sometimes I can only get turkey breast which I don't think is as good as the thigh. I know I mentioned the turkey to you a while back Karen, but just wondered if you'd had any more thoughts about stocking it?

Mine love the sow tounge as well Viking will eact 1kg at a single sitting if I let him.
I personally wouldn't feed any Turkey from the supermarket. Turkey is so full of antibiotics and other growth hormones. This is the reason that I don't supply it at the moment. I'm trying to source a non-antibiotic free range one but can't get the volume at the moment to supply the demand.
