Is there anyone I can take her too to gently get her sorted without stressing her out - like a dog groomers or would the vet do it?

how much can I expect to pay?

I really want to get her sorted so I can start again and brush her to keep her silky soft!

Love me!
best brush ever is a zoom groom made of rubber, they massage the cat whilst getting lots of hair out gently. i have to trim my grey cats behind or she gets cling ons
i get her fur between 2 fingers just like a hair dresser, then trim. cant say she likes it but its much nicer than cling ons and a bath. i do this monthly.
i also trim both my cats claws as they are indoor cats. i lay their backs on my lap and just take off the very tip with nail clippers. i check them weekly altho the back claws grow slower, so do not always need doing. good luck
