It will not stop you showing her and they are not all hereditary we had a post on here not so long ago about hernias it may well be worth ringing the breeder and informing her of what your vet has suggested but I for one wouldn't worry too much we have had them with hernias but that has been caused by mum being a little bit over zealous when breaking the cord!! It cant be that big if you havent noticed it before, just keep an eye on it but dont get her spade and you get on and show her!!!!

Your vet has put the wind up you for no real reason will see if I can find the previous post and put it to the top in the threads.
