Surely this is what puppy farmers an byb do,cut corners and instead of going to the best dog possible they use one around the corner or their own to reduce costs?

All dogs regardless of breeding should be sold as pets,their is nothing wrong with breeding a show potential litter with the majority going to pet homes,they will still get a well bred,health tested puppy,coming from parents that have proved themselves and have solid temprements.
