I agree, some people shouldn't be let near the sort of thing but as a last resort i have nothing against. Having said that if the owners put the work in from a puppy there would be no need for the e collars, unfortunatly not all of us understand that dogs need to be trained and no matter what breed we have we have to put in the hours to get a behaved dog.
