My daughter where we live ,was attacked by a rottweiler when walking down our side of the path with our jack Russel..this dog shot from the back of the hall way up and knocked his elder owner out the way with no collar it had his mouth over our dogs throat so my daughter picked her up and the other dog would not stop jumping and interrogating them both my 6 yr old just got behind our gate ..
We called the police out and he was done for no collar not socializing the dog we were told all the dogs that are talked about today SHOULD BE MUZZLED WHEN OUT and if not the owner will face prosecution as a new dog law came in for these animals under dangerous dogs and if you see any that are not muzzled you are right to report it ..no not all dogs are the same but the lawa is the law and was the ploice talking to us
